Sean Madden

Sean works for Youth Action in Northern Ireland as one of the GET SET for Work youth workers. While employability is the focus of his work, he has a long-standing interest in peacebuilding that developed when he was a young person living in an interface area in North Belfast.

Sean’s Fellowship allowed him to spend time supporting and leading key parts of Youth Action’s peace building activities, which has now been added to his job duties as an ongoing responsibility.
