Partnering With Government - Realising Lasting Change

The joint initiative between The Atlantic Philanthropies and the NI government sought to deliver real change, both in terms of improved public services and a sustained change in how government goes about its work.  These reports consider the degree to which the joint programme was effective in realising system change and consider what lessons have been learned that might add to the body of knowledge on effecting social change.
