Elaine Forde

Elaine Forde is the Creative Learning Manager at The MAC, Belfast. Before joining The MAC, she spent 15 years at the Playhouse Derry-Londonderry managing arts, learning and engagement projects. Elaine is driven by the power of art to create a difference both to individuals and to society. 

Much of Elaine’s work is underlined by the need for a fairer and more equitable society where everyone is valued. Elaine took part in SCI's Peacebuilding Leadership Programme, and her Fellowship involved exhibiting the lived experiences of refugees and asylum seekers in Belfast.
