Countering Violent Conflict & Polarisation: How Can Donors Help?

Between 5th and 7th February 2024, approximately 200 global delegates from the fields of philanthropy and peacebuilding were hosted in Belfast, Northern Ireland, by the Social Change Initiative (SCI) for the international conference, "Countering Violent Conflict & Polarisation: How Can Donors Help?"

Attendees had the opportunity to hear from a distinguished line-up of contributors, including leaders in philanthropy, government donors, local funders, field practitioners, and thought leaders. They engaged in invaluable discussions and reflections on the role of philanthropy in peacebuilding and the global challenges it faces. The conference provided a platform for robust dialogue and knowledge exchange, fostering new connections and collaborations aimed at driving positive change.
