Claire Dickson

Claire Dickson is a journalist from Banbridge with a degree in politics from Queen’s University Belfast. She currently works for the BBC.

Claire’s interests include peace building stories, women’s healthcare issues and platforming underrepresented voices.

During her fellowship, Claire will investigate the adequacy of diagnosis and care provided to endometriosis sufferers in Northern Ireland, assessing how these services meet patients' needs compared to the rest of the UK. She also aims to shed light on the current level of research into endometriosis and how this impacts delays in timely and appropriate diagnosis and care.
